I will be taking new clients for a short time for my Wellness Program. If you are are tired of ‘diets’ or weight-loss gimmicks that want you to overhaul your diet ALL.AT.ONCE or have you eating crazy food you don’t like, this is for you.  My coaching program is about finding a better way to think about your body and think about food. Instead of doing a complete diet overhaul we focus on one new healthy habit at a time while concurrently working on how you think about yourself and your relationship to food. This program will also help you get moving more.
